If for any reason you aren’t pleased with your purchase at Sunnyfeel, then don’t worry, Sunnyfeel has one of the best returns & exchange policies of the entire faux fur industry. See below how you can return or exchange your product, and leave our online store with a smile on your face.
Standard Return Policy:
There are a few important things to keep in mind when returning a product you've purchased from Sunnyfeel:
- You have 30 days to return an item from the date you receive it.
- To start a return, you can contact us at contact@sunnyfeelcamping.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.
- Please do not send items back to the original address; the return shipping address will be provided via email after your return request is approved. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
- Please ensure that the item you're returning is repackaged in its original package with all the items that arrived with the shipment (tags, buttons, buckles, etc.).
Standard Refund Policy:
- Once we receive your item, a full refund will be initiated within 24 hours. You will receive your refund in the same tender, in which your item(s) was purchased. Credit may take up to 10 days depending on how you paid for your purchase.
Standard Exchange Policy:
- We provide FREE exchange per order.
IMPORTANT NOTE: There are some items that are INELIGIBLE for return or exchange, including:
- The return or exchange may be denied if the item has been washed, soiled, altered, or customer damaged.
- The return or exchange may be denied if the item is not in sellable condition, or is not repackaged with all the contents that were included when you received it.
- Custom and personalized items may not be available for exchange.
